K-1 Final 16 Wrap Up

Post Silva Forrest Griffin Interview

Dave Farra of MMA:30 interviews Forrest Griffin as he emerges back into the world. This is the first I am hearing of Forrest since his destruction at the hands of Anderson Silva. Strikeforce Challengers: Kennedy vs. Cummings

Strikeforce Challengers has come and gone and overall it was a pretty entertaining event. The card featured five fights and only one of them disappointed.

Ray Sefo vs Kevin Jordan

I was excited for Ray Sefo’s second MMA fight but only in the hopes that he learned some damn ground. Sadly I was disappointed. They started out standing but the second it hit the ground Sefo didn’t know what the fuck to do. If you are going to compete in an MMA fight this is just unacceptable. If you don’t have a ground game in MMA you will lose, it is as simple as that. So Sefo got dominated for the majority of the first round on the ground but survived. (more…)
