UFC 105 was a good night for the British, they nearly swept the main card (if it wasn’t for Wilks). It looks like Dan Hardy is going to get a fucking title shot which is absolutely retarded, he is going to get ripped apart by GSP. It would make much more sense to make Hardy fight the winner of Koscheck vs Johnson for the number one contender spot.

Denis Kang greatly disappointed me once again and I am officially done with him, he is pathetic.

The main event was lackluster and went pretty much how I predicted except for the fact that I thought Randy was actually going to be able to get the takedown.  Randy was heavily favored in the clinch, he was given a lot of time to sit there and accumulate points. Whenever the two fighters got separated Randy was in danger, when Vera was actually able to strike he did very well and dealt good damage. Overall it was a bullshit fight and I expect Randy to use the exact same tactic for the remainder of his fights.    …Continue Reading

We got to see some interesting fights on Saturday, sadly we didn’t get to see a single prelim. The overall production of the event wasn’t bad, it was better then EliteXC on CBS but overall I don’t think that MMA fits in very well with network television. It sucks when they show the entrances for the co-main event but don’t show entrances  for the fucking main event.
