I got pretty excited for UFC 109 and I have to say coming out of it I was fairly disappointed. Marquardt was terrible, he gased out and couldn’t do shit off his back (except land elbows that still cut Sonnen lawl). A fighter should never train or fight with the mentality that he will never be on his back. I thought Marquardt knew this but he had no plan once his back hit the ground, what a let down. Sanchez is making the move back to welterweight in UFC 114. After BJ Penn showed him that he would never be a lightweight champion Sanchez left the lightweight division only to chase a title held by GSP. Good Luck Sanchez…. It must be difficult for him, to realize that he will never be a true champion.

Diego is going to be fighting 12-0 John Hathaway, if I was him I would probably just go insane (even more than he is already) and fight like a madman. At this point that will at least leave him with some sort of legacy and the fans will be happy.
