Dave Farra of MMA:30 interviews Forrest Griffin as he emerges back into the world. This is the first  I am hearing of Forrest since his destruction at the hands of Anderson Silva. Forrest seems pretty out of it, I really hope that Anderson didn’t silence the fighting spirit in him because from this interview that’s kind of the impression I get.

There has been some talk of Rich Franklin or Tito Ortiz potentially fighting Forrest and I think either of those fights would be a good match up.  We will see how Griffin recuperates in the coming months and what steps he decides to take next.
