I like how Matt Hughes refuses to take a serious fight because he knows he will get destroyed, but when it comes to a washed up old guy, he is the first one to jump at the opportunity to destroy them.

Recently Heavy.com confirmed that this bout is going to take place for UFC 109. Dan and I saw Renzo in Philadelphia at the opening of his video biography. There was 10 people there, including Ricardo Almeda and some of Renzo’s training partners and friends. What I walked away with was a resounding sense that the Gracie’s are full of shit.

Renzo was pretty sick back in the day, and he was the only Gracie other than Roger that could stand and bang. I hope he breaks Matt Hughes arm so that American MMA fans can see another Gracie other than Royce, and am really hoping age is not a factor.
